The ingredients of the pate are available: chicken liver, onions, carrots and butter. This pate can be served for breakfast or snacks.

Components

  • chicken liver – 500 g;
  • onions – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • oil – 2 tbsp. l l.;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • ground black pepper;
  • nutmeg – a pinch;
  • ground coriander – pinch;
  • salt.

In chicken liver, remove the streaks. Rinse, dry with a paper towel and cut into slices.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Grate the carrots.

In a pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion until transparent, add the carrots and fry, stirring, until half cooked. Put the liver in vegetables and simmer with vegetables over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Cool the mass slightly. Add soft butter, nutmeg, coriander, pepper, salt. Grind with an immersion blender to a uniform smooth consistency. Put in a tray and refrigerate.

Tips

Butter should be soft, but not melted.

Use seasonings to your liking.
