Complaints and applications about taxi companies are more likely to involve disputes between drivers and passengers, unethical behaviour, drug addiction, driving in a drunken state, violating traffic rules, and moving a vehicle in unspecified locations during the dark hours of the day.

The EPA reports that Elshad Hadjiev, head of the Department of Civil and Public Relations at the Religious Information Service, told journalists in a statement.

He has indicated that the goal of ensuring regulation on the activities of taxi companies for such numerous applications is: "The main objective here is to ensure civil satisfaction. Appropriate measures are being taken to address negative attitudes."
