Remove tobacco from your surroundings

Remove tobacco or any tobacco products from your possession. Make sure you don't have a pack of cigarettes in your pocket, car, home or office. In addition to cigarettes, keep lighters, matchsticks, and trays containing cigarette ash away or removed.

If you do not have a cigarette around you, then you will have to walk outside to the shop or to the market. That's exactly what you have to do. If you feel like smoking cigarettes again and again, then obviously you will not go to the market again and again. This will reduce your smoking of cigarettes.
