In Ivy Cottage, the Princess of York is preparing for the birth of her second child, whose sex is not disclosed. According to her mother, Sarah Ferguson, Princess Eugenie is to give birth day after day.

The three-bedroom home is just a short drive from Portland Hospital, where Eugenie gave birth to her first child – son August – in February 2021. Eugenie's mother recently said that the princess should give birth at the end of May.
Ivy Cottage also holds fond memories for the couple, as it was their first home together. Eugene and Jack officially lived here for two and a half years.

The couple also lived in Frogmore Cottage, which was formerly owned by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. In March, it became known that King Charles III evicted the couple from home and now Princess Eugenie's father, Prince Andrew, will live there, but the king's brother is not enthusiastic about this idea.
