Preparing is very simple. Roll out the dough, put on the bottom of the mold. Put the filling in the middle, cover with dough on top, pinch the edges, coat with egg – and in the oven!

Components

  • yeast puff pastry – 500 g;
  • fresh spinach – 250 g;
  • cheese "Feta" – 250 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • egg – 1 pc (yolk for greasing the cake);
  • green onions, dill – in a bunch;
  • salt;
  • oil;
  • flour.

Cooking

Defrost puff pastry at room temperature.

Rinse all greens well under running water. In spinach and dill, cut off the stems. Finely chop the greens, thinly chop the spinach leaves.

Mash the cheese with a fork. In a bowl of cheese, add greens, spinach. Beat eggs, salt. Mix well.

Divide the dough into two parts. Pour some flour on the work surface of the table. Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the first part of the dough, slightly raising the edges to make the sides. Spread the spinach and cheese filling evenly on the dough. Cover with the second part and pinch the edges well.

Add a teaspoon of water to the yolk, grease the dough with it and sprinkle with sesame. In the center of the pie, make a small hole for steam to escape.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Tips

  • Cut the cake well with a pizza wheel.
  • Cheese can be used any.
