According to immigration figures, a total of 49,1 departers were recorded on the first day of yesterday's holiday, of which 41,4 were Hong Kong residents and 5,9 were mainland visitors. This is nearly 5,19 more than last Friday, May 20

According to statistics, all 49,1 outbound trips were concentrated at control points bound for the Mainland or Macao, with 11,10 at Lo Wu Port, 6,6 on the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and 1,<> on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, with Hong Kong residents accounting for the majority.

As for Shenzhen Bay Port, 5,6 trips were recorded, 4,4 trips were recorded at the West Kowloon Station of the high-speed rail, 2,8 at Heung Wai Yuen Port, 1,7 at Lok Ma Chau and 1,6 at the Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal. Hong Kong International Airport recorded 4,5 visitors, similar to the previous Friday.

As regards intakers, 36,6 arrivals were recorded yesterday, an increase from last Friday, but as yesterday was not a Mainland public holiday, the number of Mainland visitors decreased from last week to only 6,3.
