The body of the country's most famous lawyer, Nimrod Hand, 80, is due to be delivered to Dar es Salaam tomorrow.

Reports said the body is expected to be received at 10 a.m. from the United States, will be taken to Masaki's home and from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. there will be services at the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The schedule shows that tomorrow, mourners, including national leaders, are expected to say goodbye to the body of the hand in Karimjee Square in Ilala district.

In addition, on that evening the body will be flown to Mwanza and at night it will be flown to Busegwe.

According to the funeral committee's statement, Hand's body will be buried on May 29, this year at his home in Kigori- Busegwe district in Butiama District in Mara Region.

Hand died on April 18 in the United States while undergoing treatment.

In addition to his legal career, he was a Member of Parliament for Musoma Rural from 2000 to 2015 and also a Member of Parliament for Butiama from 2015 to 2020.
