Components

For pancakes:

  • milk – 3 tbsp.;
  • salt.

For the filling:

  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 70 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • oil – 2 tbsp. l l.;
  • salt, ground black pepper.

For the sauce:

  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;

Cooking

Prepare pancakes. The specified number of ingredients is designed for four. Beat eggs with milk and salt with a whisk. Preheat the pan, add a little oil. Pour in 1/4 of the egg mixture, spread over the entire surface of the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Thus, fry three more pancakes.

Prepare the filling: add salt to the minced meat, ground black pepper, garlic squeezed through a press, mix. Divide into four parts.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, divide into four parts.

Cut pickled cucumbers into strips and divide into four parts.

Prepare the sauce: add garlic squeezed through a press, pepper, salt to the sour cream and mix well.

Put one part of minced meat on an egg pancake and spread it over the entire surface of the pancake, slightly departing from the edges. Lubricate the minced meat with some sour cream sauce (leave the sauce to coat the rolls). On one edge of the pancake, put some cucumbers and grated cheese. Roll the pancake into a tight roll. Thus, roll the rest into three rolls and place them in a mold greased with a little oil.

Lubricate the rolls with the remaining sour cream sauce.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished brisols with herbs.

Tips
