The club's controversial midfielder, Feisal Salum, has asked his fans and football fans in the country to donate money that will allow him to file a lawsuit with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to break his contract with Yanga.

He said he had reached this point because the Football Federation (TFF) had failed to help him so he decided to go to CAS and demand his rights and ask for help.

On Instagram, he wrote: "My brothers and sisters in Tanzania and the whole football family on the mainland and islands. I am your young man who over the years has been disciplined on and off the field and have sincerely served the Yanga and Tanzania National Team and Zanzibar Heroes.

"My loyalty has been the twilight of my career, I have endured defeat, I no longer wish my mother to be insulted. TFF has failed to help me get my right to break my contract with Yanga so I have decided to go to the CAS Sports Court.

"I need the contribution of every Tanzanian who loves the rights and development of Tanzanian players who have grown silent and fearful about their interests, respect and rights. I ask you to contribute as much as you can so that I can get the money to pay for the filing of my CAS case to obtain my right to leave Yanga for breach of contract.

"Please donate to me so that I can earn my right to serve my talent and the National Teams (Tanzania and Zanzibar) in a different way for my benefit and the nation. Aunt Fatma Karume and other lawyers will work for free.

You can pay for the number (5406394 FEISAL SALUM) in the picture or by this phone number at Tigo Pesa 067 912 8899 FEISAL SALUM ABDALLAH," wrote the star.
