Delhi shopkeeper offers rs 2,<> notes with unique way to boost sales

Social media platforms were immediately flooded with reactions and memes after the announcement of withdrawal of Rs 2000,<> notes from circulation. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has advised banks to stop issuing notes with immediate effect.

It has been assured that the evacuation will be done in a 'time-bound' and orderly manner. However, people are in a hurry to get rid of the notes that will soon become obsolete. Now, a meat shop in Delhi has found a way to increase its sales using the Rs 2000 note.

A post shared by Sumit Agarwal on Twitter shows a picture of the offer offered by the shop. The notice pasted in front of the shop informs customers that they can buy goods worth Rs 2000 by giving Rs 2100 notes.

The caption of the post reads, "If you think RBI is smart, then think again because Delhiites are smarter. What a unique way to increase your sales!"
