Fry croutons from a white loaf, rub with garlic, grease with mayonnaise and put sprats and cucumbers. Sandwiches are hearty, and all the ingredients perfectly complement each other.

Components

  • loaf (sliced) – 6 pcs.;
  • sprats canned in oil – 1 can;
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise – 1-2 tbsp.. l l.;
  • oil – 1 tbsp. l l.;
  • fresh dill;
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Cooking

In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the bread for two minutes on each side. When the croutons have cooled, rub them on one side with a clove of garlic. Cut each piece of loaf into two pieces. Lubricate with a thin layer of mayonnaise, lightly salt, pepper. For each loaf, put one or two sprats and a cucumber, cut into thin circles. Decorate with greens.

Tips

  • Instead of a loaf, you can use rye bread.
  • Fresh cucumber can be replaced with salted or pickled.
