On the Muganli-Ismayilli-Gabala highway, more trees will be planted instead of the trees that fall into the green zone and need to be removed.

APA reports that Natig Aliyev, director of the "Gidrotransproyect" Scientific Research Center, deputy chairman of "Evroskom" OJSC, said this at the next public hearing on the reconstruction of the Mughanli-Ismayilli-Gabala highway.

He said that during the expansion of the road, the trees in the green zone were counted, and to compensate for those that could not be moved, it is planned to plant more trees.

"Trees that cannot be relocated in the construction site have been removed and more trees will be planted in their place. Trees with a smaller diameter that do not belong to the forest fund are moved to new areas. Therefore, it was decided to plant at least twice as many trees instead of trees that cannot be moved."
