The momentum of the vast Taijiang River is the pioneering spirit of the ancestors.

The Nanshi Cultural Bureau is promoting the warm-up of the play at the Taijiang Cultural Center today (3).

"Looking at Taijiang" was performed at the Nanshi Comprehensive Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, because it is located in Shisandian, which used to be the core area of ​​Taijiang development and reclamation, and it was also the main shopping place for people in Annan District.

At that time, the performance site will set up a hall of gods, and respectfully welcome the deities of the major temples in the 27 villages of Taijiang to watch the show in accordance with the ancient rituals, showing the spirit of building a village and forming a society, and the gods bless people to live in peace.

"Looking at the Taijiang River" was produced by a team led by art director Gu Zhecheng and director He Renfeng. The lineup included Fang Jun, Su Junying, Zhang Shiying and other powerful actors, and the golden song king Xie Mingyou also participated in the performance.

In addition, hip-hop singer Aji GLOJ, Nanxing Elementary School Martial Arts, Anqing Elementary School Choir, Xinan Golden Lion Association, and Tainan University of Applied Science and Technology are also working together.

According to the Cultural Affairs Bureau, "Looking at the Taijiang River" will combine lighting, video, and music to create a majestic and shocking "vast Taijiang River" and a magnificent interpretation of the cultural characteristics and historical and cultural changes of the Taijiang River over the past 200 years.

Mayor Huang Weizhe said that Annan District is the second largest administrative district in Tainan. In history, Taijiang has an irreplaceable position. Huang Weizhe also presented a certificate of appreciation to the Spanish Commercial Office, thanking the Maritime Museum of Madrid, Spain for lending the copyright of "The Map of the Dutch Port of Hermosa Island Drawn by the Spaniards" to the city government.

The map of Taijiang 200 years ago drawn on this map is a very precious historical record for Tainan.

A series of activities for the 200-year history of Taijiang’s construction, including the "Kaijiang Chronicle" outdoor large-scale art installation exhibition, the "Haven of Living" 16 Lao people’s co-creation project and other exhibitions, as well as the special exhibition of learning from the Taijiang River Basin, school concerts, and cultural Educational promotion activities such as path learning tours and learning passports.
