Violinist Lin Pinren will use the century-old famous violin "Joachim-Elman" specially lent by the Chimei Museum, and together with Liu Wenzhang and Huang Yishan to perform "Masene: Meditation of Taisie" which is of special significance to Liu Shengrong and Xu Wenlong " and other music.

[Reporter Su Funan/Kaohsiung Report] Talented artist Liu Shengrong was active in Taiwan and Japan from the 1960s to the 1980s, and had a close friendship with Xu Wenlong, the founder of Chi Mei Group. Liu Shengrong Research Exhibition", the Chimei Museum specially borrowed the century-old piano and violin "Joachim-Elman" from the museum's collection to perform at the opening concert of the exhibition.

　Li Yuling, curator of Gaomei, pointed out that Liu Shengrong not only created a unique abstract style in painting throughout his life, but also developed a unique technique of burnt gold collage; he is also very good at music, and loves to appreciate and play the violin.

Liu Shengrong's keen sensibility for art has made all of his children excellent performers or artists.

The Gaomei Museum plans to hold "Andante with Hearts: Liu Shengrong Research Exhibition" to pay tribute to Liu Shengrong. The opening and concert will be held in the sculpture hall at 2:30 pm on the 29th. Liu Shengrong's eldest son Liu Wenzhang (Mifune Wenzhang) will play the cello , granddaughter Clara Liu-Mifune Hwang played the piano, and performed on the same stage with Taiwanese violinist Lin Pinren.
