Components

  • ham - 300 g;

  • Beijing cabbage - 300 g;

  • cheese - 200 g;

  • cherry tomatoes - 150 g;

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • mayonnaise;

  • ground black pepper;

  • salt.

Preparation

  • Cut the ham into strips.

  • Beijing cabbage - in pieces.

  • Cheese - cubes.

  • Cut the tomatoes in half.

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into large cubes.

  • Transfer the prepared products to a salad bowl.

    Salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

    Stir.

  • Use any cheese.

  • Serve the salad to the table immediately after mixing so that the tomatoes do not release their juice.
