of inciting racial, national, religious or other social enmity committed by a group of persons according to Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code.

The trial began on February 24, the case was conducted in closed session by judge

Political prisoner Vladyslav Kuprianov, who was detained on August 7, 2022, worked as an engineer at Mogilev City Electric Networks.

Before the trial, he was placed first in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Minsk, then transferred to pre-trial detention center No. 3 in Goml.

According to the indictment, Kupriyanov allegedly transmitted information about the residence of civil servants and security forces to the "Black Book of Belarus" in the fall of 2020, during the protests after the falsified presidential elections.

For this, judge Dolya sentenced the political prisoner to 5 years in a penal colony.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Technobank, Dmitriy Bogush, was detained for comments about Lukashenka
