To do this exercise, first lie down straight and bend your knees.

Now keep the right leg on the left.

Keeping your hand behind the left thigh, pull it towards the chest so that you feel the stretch.

Do this in 5-5 sets.

Stay in this state for 30 seconds or 1 minute.

If you want to get relief from neck pain, then start doing this exercise.

For this, you lie down on the ground on your stomach.

Now you keep the body in the boat shape.

Raise the hands above the ground and lift the feet as well.

Do this for 2 to 3 seconds in 8 to 10 sets.

Seated Rotational Stretch |

Sit on a stool or sheet.

Now keep both the hands behind the head and keep the spine straight.

And then turn the body to the right and left.

Keep in this position for 10 seconds.

Do this until the stretch is not felt.

Lie straight on your back.

Now bend the right knee and bring it towards the chest as you can see in the picture.

The lower part of the waist has to be kept straight.

Stay in this posture for 30 seconds.

Take deep breaths during this exercise.

Do this exercise in 3 to 4 sets.
