The training was conducted by the Main Operations Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

First, the "112" hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "received information" about a fire in electrical equipment in the cable collector located in the territory of the "Ulduz" metro station, and immediately the Ministry's State Fire Protection, State Fire Control services and the relevant forces of the Baku Regional Center rushed to the scene. involved.

In connection with the incident, the Metro employees first closed the station, turned on the working lights in the tunnel, broke the short circuit breakers to disconnect the voltage from the contact rails, and opened the passage doors.

The mobile fire-rescue teams of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine carried out reconnaissance and assessment of operational conditions using personal protective equipment, put out the conventional fire in a short time, evacuated the "victims" by applying rescue equipment and "provided first aid" to them.

After the successful training, the results were discussed, and the employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Metropolis exchanged ideas on conducting rescue operations in case of emergencies, providing first aid to the victims, and safety rules during evacuation.

A total of 4 pieces of equipment and 30 personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were involved in the training.
