Taking into account the numerous applications, the deadline for the first document acceptance for 2023, which was announced for doctoral education abroad, has been extended.

APA was informed about this by the State Program Management Group.

It was noted that the deadline for accepting documents announced on the financing of doctoral education abroad within the framework of the "State Program for Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023" has been extended until 23:59 on April 20, 2023.
