According to APA's Southern Bureau, the incident was recorded on the old Alat-Astara highway, in the part passing through the Gumbashi village of Lankaran region.

Ilkin Natig oglu Azimov, a resident of Gumbashi village of Lankaran district, born in 1988, was admitted to the central hospital of Lankaran district with a diagnosis of severe head trauma.

First aid was given to him.

His condition remains serious.
