The State Examination Center (SEC) has released information about the next exams to be held on April 2.

According to the information given to APA by the Ministry of Education, over 27 thousand applicants (students) are expected to participate in the exams.

By the State Examination Center on April 2, 2023:

1. Stage I of the entrance exam for graduates of previous years, entrance exam to higher education institutions and colleges on the basis of 11-year education in the V specialty group;

2. An additional foreign language exam for graduates of the current year who want to participate in the competition in a language different from the foreign language they took in the final exam;

3. An additional study language exam for graduates of the current year who want to take the entrance exam in a language different from the language they gave in the final exam;

4. Final exam for XI class students of the current year, who could not participate in the final exams held in March due to various reasons and about whom the Center was contacted;

5. Final exam for those who want to participate in the final attestation for class XI as an externship;

6. The final exam will be held for the XI class graduates of the previous years who could not participate in the final exams due to various reasons and have appealed to the Center about it.

Exams will be held in Baku, Sheki, Lankaran, Ganja, Sumgait, Mingachevir, Shirvan cities, Absheron, Gazakh, Shamkir, Barda, Sabirabad, Goychay, Kurdamir, Salyan, Jalilabad, Khachmaz regions and Nakhchivan MR.

Those who will take part in these exams can print and take the "Exam Admit Card" from the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Along with the graduation certificate, they are also presented with a "Memory booklet".

Here, participants are given important recommendations regarding the examination process, rules they must follow and other necessary information.

Exams start at 11:00.

15 minutes before the start of the exams - at 10:45 the graduation regime ends.

After that, the participants are not allowed to enter the exam building.

In order to prevent overcrowding and contact situations, different entry times for the exam participants have been determined and indicated on the exam participant's release card.

Therefore, it is recommended to come to the exam hall at the time mentioned in the admit card.

Applicants (students) must bring the following documents to the exam:

- Exam admit card;

- The original of the identity document:

a) citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16) an identity card;

b) foreigners and stateless persons have permission cards issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members have refugee cards;

- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photo attached (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is confirmed with a stamp).

27864 in the exam, 8887 in Baku, 2172 in Nakhchivan, 2172 in Ganja, in Shamkir, 1087 in Sumgayit, 1087 in Sumgayit, 638, Goychay in Goychay, 805, Shirvan in Sabirabad in 805, Salyan 947, 1471 in Salyan in Sabirabad , 607 in Jalilabad, 1618 in Khachmaz) are expected to participate.

64 applicants with physical disabilities (group I visually impaired, hearing impaired and others) will also take part in the exams.

In order for these applicants to take the exam comfortably, special halls have been allocated in the exam buildings, and individual supervisors have been appointed for the visually impaired.

118 general examination supervisors, 337 examination supervisors, 2657 supervisors-teachers, 360 graduation officers and 118 building representatives have been allocated for the administration of examinations.
