The King and Queen's visit will include meetings highlighting the importance of British-German relations.

The visit to the country is historic as it is the first time in nearly a decade that the United Kingdom has been hosted here on an official state visit.

The fact is that during the last few years of her stay on the throne, Queen Elizabeth II could not travel abroad, so she did not accept invitations sent to her for state visits.

After leaving the plane, Queen Camilla immediately attracted special attention, because she chose a bright outfit in turquoise color and in her favorite style for the trip.

The outfit was custom-made for her by British fashion designer Bruce Oldfield and is a new addition to her wardrobe.

The look consisted of a sheath dress and a laconic buttonless tweed coat.

Traditionally, the Queen wore a hat, which was from the famous fashion designer Philip Treacy - it was decorated with an ostrich feather.

Camilla also held a black bag with a short handle in her hand, wore suede boots, put on black gloves and did makeup in soft colors.

For jewelry, the Queen preferred pearl earrings, a gold chain around her neck and a small diamond and turquoise brooch that had previously belonged to Queen Elizabeth II.

This ornament was given to the late monarch by her grandmother, Queen Maria.

Mary is believed to have presented the brooch to Elizabeth at her confirmation in 1942.

The king wasn't dressed as brightly as his wife, but things were chosen to match her outfit - Charles III wore a suit, white shirt, navy coat and blue print tie.

It should also be noted that the state visit of King Charles and Queen Camilla was to take place in two countries, the couple was to visit France before leaving for Germany.

However, due to continued protests and unrest in France, President Macron postponed their visit to his country for another time.
