Nawazuddin Siddiqui sent settlement proposal to ex-wife Aaliya

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in headlines these days due to his personal life.
Recently, just days after filing a Rs 100 crore defamation suit against his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui and brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui, the actor has agreed to settle the legal matter.
According to a report in ETimes, Alia's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has received a settlement draft from the actor's legal team on Saturday.
Seeing that this settlement draft has come a few days after the defamation suit, Alia's lawyer said that for any kind of settlement between the two parties, the defamation suit has to be withdrawn.
In the defamation suit filed by Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the Bombay High Court on March 20, damages of Rs 100 crore and a written apology from Aaliya and Shamasuddin have been said.
In this lawsuit, Alia and Shamsuddin have been accused of making defamatory and false statements against the actor and requested the court to legally restrain Alia and her brother from making any derogatory remarks.
Nawazuddin has also claimed that his brother and ex-wife duped him of Rs 21 crore.
It is also alleged in the case that Shamsuddin, whom Nawazuddin Siddiqui hired as his manager in 2008.
He used to handle the finance also, he has cheated the actor.
Furthermore, according to the case, Shamsuddin instigated Aaliya Siddiqui to file false allegations against Nawazuddin when she was confronted about the property fraud.
In this case, a PTI report said that he tried to blackmail the actor by commenting on cheap videos and social media.
On the settlement draft sent by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Aaliya's lawyer clearly stated that she would "never go back to Nawaz".
However, the two will "give the best for their two children together in a mature manner". Speaking about the defamation case, Alia's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui said, "As far as the defamation case in the High Court by Nawazuddin Siddiqui is concerned. I Can only say that we haven't been given any copy yet, but in any case the defamation case was filed by Nawazuddin Siddiqui before the draft settlement and hence withdrawing it will become an essential part of the settlement."
The lawyer told India Today that Aaliya was ready to talk.
The lawyer further said, “Nawazuddin Siddiqui has sent me a settlement offer with conditions through his lawyers last evening.
I am discussing this with my client now.
I assure that I am trying my best to ensure that all disputes between the two are resolved so that both the parties as parents can focus on the upbringing of their minor children and their future. work towards securing.
