The driver of the "VAZ" car, which was in motion, was given a "keep" sign because the state license plate of the vehicle was not in accordance with the standards during control-preventive measures held in the region by the employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Agsu District Police Department.

According to information provided to APA by the Sheki regional group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the driver of the vehicle, Habib Hamidov, was suspected of taking drugs, so he underwent a medical examination.

Based on the results of the examination, it was found that H. Hamidov used drugs.

A protocol was drawn up against that person under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses and he was fined 400 manats.
