The motorist injured in the accident on the road between Kamenovo and Kubrat has been admitted to the Razgrad hospital, his condition is serious.

This was announced by the spokesperson of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Iliyana Georgieva.

Because of the incident that happened yesterday, the section was temporarily closed to traffic.

While driving the motorcycle on a right turn, the driver from Razgrad hit an oncoming cultivator pulled by a wheeled tractor, driven by a 51-year-old man from the village of Savin.

The victim was placed in the intensive care unit of the hospital in Razgrad.

He has fractures to both legs and left arm, and lacerations in the abdominal cavity.
