Crispy loaf, juicy meat filling, tomatoes will complement each other, so sandwiches are always popular.

Components

  • loaf - 8 pieces;

  • minced meat - 250 g;

  • fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.;

  • hard cheese - 150 g;

  • green onion;

  • ground black pepper;

  • salt.

Preparation

Add finely chopped green onions, salt, and pepper to the minced meat.

Mix well.

Cut the tomatoes into circles up to a centimeter.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

Spread minced meat (a good layer) on the pieces of loaf, distributing it evenly over the surface.

Put the tomatoes on the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese.

Place the sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
