The fish is tender, juicy and very aromatic.


  • fresh-frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.;

  • carrots - 2 pcs.;

  • onion - 2 pcs.;

  • Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 pc.;

  • lemon - 1 pc.;

  • salt;

  • ground black pepper;

  • spices for fish;

  • soy sauce - 1 tsp;

  • oil - 3 tbsp.



Remove the head, fins and torso from the fish.

Rinse under running water and dry with a paper towel.

Divide the carcasses into portions.

In a bowl, mix the fish seasoning, pepper, salt and soy sauce.

Coat the fish pieces with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the vegetables.

Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrot on a large grater, and grate the pepper into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables until half done.

Place the vegetables in a baking dish, mackerel slices on top, and lemon wedges between them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until an appetizing crust.
