took part in the Navruz celebration in the East Room of the White House.

This is a holiday of the arrival of spring and the New Year according to the astronomical solar calendar of the Iranian and Turkic peoples.

It will be recalled that Joe Biden appeared at the White House on St. Patrick's Day in a green tie with a shamrock and socks with green polka dots.
