The prosecutor's office refuses to initiate pre-trial proceedings on the report of the actress Diana Dimitrova for a crime of a general nature.

"After a careful analysis of the inspection materials, individually and as a whole, I found that in this case, not enough evidence was collected for a crime of a general nature," says the decree.

Diana Dimitrova is furious with the prosecutor's decision of Ivo Boev that not enough evidence was collected for a crime committed.

In addition to the testimony of the actress, Julian Vergov, Greta Mancheva, Evtim Miloshev and Velina Pavlova were also questioned on the case.

It is clear from the decree that it was Vergov who kicked Dimitrova in the face.

It is clear from the document that Vergov beat her during the filming of the TV series "Stolen Life" in November 2017. Until now, she had not said his name publicly, although she had hinted at who attacked her.

According to Dimitrova's testimony, the two had an intimate relationship.

On the date in question, they entered a dressing room where the actress wanted to speak with Vergov, who was angry because of their phone conversation the previous evening.

Dimitrova's version is that there was also another woman in the room - the production's costume designer Velina Pavlova.

However, she went out and she and Vergov were left alone.

The actor then pushed her against the wall, pushed her, she fell, and then kicked her several times, including in the face.

He then left the room swearing at her, and other people from the team helped her.

The make-up artist sprayed her face with spray so that there would be no swelling.

Diana Dimitrova claims that a few minutes later she spoke with the producer Evtim Miloshev, who convinced her not to file a complaint in order not to harm the production.

"What will you gain from this?" he manipulated her.

Thus, Diana did not take a medical examination, but only photographed the bruises and injuries.

It was these photographs that were presented as evidence of the beating.

Ralitsa Pascaleva commented on the scandal between Vergov and Dimitrova

Of extreme importance were the words of Velina Pavlova, who is a costume designer for the series "Stolen Life", during whose filming the incident in question took place.

Pavlova, however, refutes the actress' statement that at her request she left the room where the three - Pavlova, Dimitrova and Vergov - were, and thus actually became a direct witness of the scene.

According to the costume designer of the production, Vergov was the first to enter the room, followed by the actress, who was crying and with smeared makeup.

While the actor was changing, Diana Dimitrova, visibly upset, clung to him, grabbed his clothes and started apologizing to him.

Velina Pavlova got the impression that the actor was silent and did not want to talk to Dimitrova at all.

Then he pushed her to the side, and Diana staggered towards the clothes poles and fell to the floor between them.

However, there were no blows, insists the artist.

However, Diana Dimitrova insisted that the actor kicked her in the face with all his might.

Diana Dimitrova showed a photo proving that her injuries from the beating were real

"Pavlova was very surprised by what Dimitrova said and categorically told her that this was not true, because she was a direct witness to everything that happened.

Despite this, Dimitrova continued to insist that she was kicked in the face by Vergov," reads the decree, signed by the prosecutor from the SGP Ivo Boev.

It was these statements that greatly angered Diana Dimitrova, who wrote:

"How is it that in a 3-meter-long dressing room "there is" a woman witness and she does nothing from an elementary human position and reaction?

"

The lady" works in the show "Na Kafe" on Nova TV", the actress specifies.

The fact is that for several months Velina Pavlova has actually been working in the Gala show.

According to Vergov's testimony, the conflict between the two started because he found out that Diana Dimitrova was communicating with his daughter on social networks and demanded that it stop.

However, Vergov denies that the two had an intimate relationship and claims that they only knew each other as colleagues.

Screen docent Bankov sent an open letter to the media with a long and detailed explanation of his point of view, which we offer you without editorial intervention.

And Naum Shopov supported Julian Vergov

Here is what Vergov wrote:

As for the case that blew up, I can say the following:

Up until this point I had not taken a stand on the subject for several reasons.

First.

My name was deliberately not mentioned anywhere, that is, there was no specific accusation against me.

Second.

I think that when a person is innocent, it is extremely humiliating to start making excuses.

The only thing to do in such cases is to arm yourself with patience and wait (or do your best) for the truth to come out, which always happens one way or another.

Third.

As I suppose any parent in my position would do, I chose to spare my child and family the consequences of any media appearance of mine on this occasion.

Regardless of how it affected me and what it cost me.

And since there was a preliminary check, I don't think it was right to manipulate public opinion in any way.

Another issue is that others did it and, thanks to hints and suggestions, manipulated not only public opinion, but even the prosecutor's office itself, which is self-reporting.

Therefore, I waited for the prosecution to come up with a conclusion, as it should be done.

It happened and we all know the result.

And now for the record:

He met Diana Dimitrova on the set of the series "Stolen Life".

We had a close friendship and professional relationship.

The only conflict I've had with her has been purely verbal.

This happened in front of part of the team of the series.

The occasion was that I noticed (on my daughter's phone) text and voice messages from Diana Dimitrova, the content of which I do not wish any parent to see and hear on the phone of their 15-year-old child.

Trust me, you don't want to know what I saw there.

And yet I want to state quite clearly that I never hit Diana Dimitrova, nor was there any form of physical violence on my part.

Diana Dimitrova will sue Vergov for defamation

Anyone who claims otherwise is a liar outright.

Anyone who claims that over thirty people - a camera crew of exceptional professionals, witnessed indecent treatment of a woman and none of them reacted is a liar.

Then, the only reason I didn't press charges against Diana Dimitrova for molesting a minor was to protect my daughter and not cause her everything that would follow.

And in order to protect or protect someone you love, sometimes you have to endure things that are related to injustice or insult.

With lies.

Although you feel like screaming.

But I want to draw attention to something much bigger and more important.

Something much more serious than my personal life and name.

The fight against violence against women - a cause in which I unreservedly believe and support.

It is a sick and under-lit area of our lives that is so sensitive that any abuse of it is tantamount to a crime.

However, based on this case, in which I was also indirectly involved, and which gained, unfortunately, a wide public response, I understood the following: When a person lies about being a victim of violence, and it becomes known to everyone, the consequences are fatal, writes Weekend.

Vergov: I do not wish any parent to see the messages from Diana Dimitrova to my daughter

The credibility of any subsequent genuine victim of any violence will be undermined and the suspicion that this might not be true will always remain.

This is an absolutely unacceptable situation that must be dealt with as quickly as possible so that the snowball effect does not occur.

We must not allow thousands of real victims to suffer from one lie, because no one may believe them anymore.

And now I want to say something very important:

Mental harassment IS violence.

Assaulting an innocent person IS violence.

Fake news IS violence.

The malicious undermining of authority (of anyone) IS violence.

Defamation IS violence.

Insinuations without mentioning a name ARE violence.

Any threat to your child IS violence.

We must be uncompromising towards violence in all its forms.

And we must fight against it every day.

Every day.

It is obvious how any one person can be slandered in just this way.

And famous people (due to the nature of their profession) are the easiest targets.

I realized that fame is a very vulnerable position and with it comes the great risk of finding someone ill-intentioned to use your fame for nefarious purposes.

When a popular person's name is misused, the lie spreads like wildfire everywhere, with enormous speed and perimeter of distribution.

The losses from it are enormous, and the lied to - hundreds of thousands.

Because that's the price of popularity.

For better and for worse.

In this sense, we must learn to be more careful about what we believe and what we don't.

And always allow for another story and another point of view...before we judge.

As far as I am aware, there are laws in this direction abroad.

Dear people, take care of your children!

You don't know from where, with what and who can threaten them".

Just a few hours later, Diana announced that she would sue Julian for defamation.

"In the last three months, I have not heard more ugliness and absurdity about me, and it is sad that a recidivist with mental deviations is at large.

And it is even sadder that he is so well "protected" by the law", added Dimitrova.

"When I was a guest on the show "120 Minutes", I shared that he contacted me and asked if I would go on a personal date with a child of about 13 years old at the home of a fellow actor.

This happened a few months after the beating in 2017. I went.

I gave her two of the children's books I had drawn.

And there is a way to prove this.

If I'm what he's trying to get me out of today, why is he sending me to a child?

Any normal person would question his ugly words.

When a person is discovered and innocent, he comes out and defends himself, not being silent for so many months.

I have nothing to hide.

There will be flowers for my mother, who has lived in another country for 25 years and shed so many tears because of a freak," added the actress, who is also an artist.

According to a source, Julian Vergov will certainly also file a lawsuit against Diana Dimitrova for assault in a crime, damage to the good name in society and insult.

Either way, the definitions "recidivist with mental deviations" and "freak" would definitely be considered by the court as an insult.

Vergov's lawyer - the popular lawyer Ina Lulcheva announced that the actor is still considering whether to take legal measures against his colleague.
