Navratri Thali Recipes 

Masterchef Pankaj Bhadoria is teaching how to make 6 types of dishes in this Navratri thali.

First of all, Pankaj is making Malai Kofte. 

Malai Kofte 


To make Malai Kofte, grate a boiled potato and a piece of paneer.

To bind it, mix one spoon of buckwheat flour, rock salt and black pepper in it.

Now knead it and make a round ball and fill it with chironji and raisins and then make it round.

Dip the balls of this kofta in buckwheat flour and fry. 


Now put 4 cloves, 4 cardamom and half teaspoon cumin, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger in the same vessel and cook and add one-third cup of home-ground tomatoes and mix some curd.

After this add cashew paste.

Add water to it and cook it by adding rock salt and black pepper powder according to taste and turn off the gas and filter it.

Now put it back in the pan and add whipped cream and sugar.

Put the koftas in the utensil, add the prepared puree and serve. 

Semolina Casserole

First of all heat the pan and add ghee to it.

Now fry cashews in it and take them out.

After this add cumin, green cardamom, cloves and sama rice in ghee and fry it.

After this add water and cook by adding cashews.

After 3 to 4 minutes turn off the gas and leave it covered.

Casserole will be cooked. 

Curd Potatoes 

Add ghee in another pan.

Add one teaspoon cumin and one teaspoon green chili and chopped ginger to it, now add potatoes.

After cooking potatoes, add rock salt and half a cup of water to it.

Now add curd and stir.

After boiling, lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the gas, add coriander and garnish. 

Sweet and Sour Pumpkin Curry 

Take a yellow ripe pumpkin and cut it.

Put oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and add chopped ginger and green chillies.

Now put pumpkin in it and stir.

Now add rock salt and black pepper powder and fry.

Now cover and leave it to cook.

After this cover and leave it to cook.

Add chopped jaggery at the end and mix after adding one spoon dried mango powder.

Sour-sweet curry of pumpkin is ready. 

Sabudana Kheer 

First of all, offer milk to boil.

Put soaked sabudana in milk and cook.

After the sago melts and the milk becomes thick, add half a cup of sugar to it.

Now add dry fruits and also add makhana and your sabudana kheer is ready.
