In the village, modern-style private houses where 20 families can live comfortably were built and handed over to their owners. Each of them has a total construction area of ​​2,620.69 m2, a yard with a total area of ​​25,282.50 m2 and 20 stables with a total area of ​​1,200.00 have been restored and rebuilt. individual farm warehouses with a total area of ​​54 m² were built for the house and handed over to the owners.

Parallel to this, basic landscape works were carried out in the yard area of ​​each house (decorative trees, bushes, flowers were planted, individual planting areas were created in the yard of each house).

A school building for 78 students will operate in the village.

The construction area of ​​the two-story and mansard school building is 837.80 m2. All communication systems of the educational center have been reconstructed and the building is equipped with fire alarm, communication, call, and video surveillance systems.

The basement floor is intended as a technical floor.

On the 1st and 2nd floors there are classrooms, medical room, teachers' room, etc.

On the 3rd floor (attic floor) there is an assembly hall and a library.

The interior of the building is equipped with all necessary maintenance equipment.

A football field with artificial grass and a sports field equipped with sports equipment have been built in the yard of the school.

Catering facilities and roads and communication lines have been built according to the master plan.

Thus, the total length of intra-village roads is 4.0 km.

Its 800-meter section (central road) is paved with natural stones.

The covering of other parts of internal roads is asphalt-concrete.

Sidewalks and parallel green strips have been created on the left and right sides of all roads.

Decorative trees and bushes have been planted along the road.

All existing external communication systems were dismantled and rebuilt.

A new gas line was laid in the village, underground water tanks and a pump station were installed.
