The Ninth Joint Exhibition of Xingang Calligraphy and Painting Association will be on display at Warehouse No. 25 of Xingang Cultural Center from now until April 16.

[Reporter Lin Yizhang/Report from Chiayi] "Xingang Calligraphy and Painting Association" is composed of local residents of Xingang Township, Chiayi County, fellow travelers abroad, retired public and educational personnel, and people who love calligraphy and painting art. Today (18) it is held at No. 25, Xingang Cultural Center The warehouse held the 9th joint exhibition of Xingang Calligraphy and Painting Association. 47 members exhibited 90 works, including calligraphy, color ink, oil painting, glue color, cochin pottery, embroidery and other multi-media materials, and invited the late famous artist Cao Gen, Former Chiayi City Cultural Bureau Director Huang Meixian participated in the exhibition together.

Xingang Calligraphy and Painting Association was established in 2013 by a group of calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. It organizes exhibitions every year to enhance the creative energy of members. This year has entered the 11th year. This year, new members Zhuang Yuming, Chen Jingzhi, Ou Zhicheng, Chen Shuntian, Huang Zhineng, etc. The addition of Taiwanese contemporary masters.

Chen Zhenghong, chairman of the Xingang Cultural and Educational Foundation, said that the Xingang Calligraphy and Painting Association will gather relatives and friends in Xingang and abroad to gather new vitality and more artistic momentum. The first job of the late Taiwanese artist Cao Gen was in Xingang Teaching in elementary school, this exhibition also exhibits Cao Gen's first prize in the first national oil painting session in 1975.

Changjiang Tianfu, chairman of the Xingang Painting and Calligraphy Association, said that the creations of the works in this exhibition are diverse and innovative, and art lovers are welcome to join in this grand event.
