The General Secretary of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Daniel Chongolo has concluded his visit to Simanjiro district by talking to the chairmen of all the branches of Orkesumeti Ward then they asked him to sleep in one of the leaders' compound, a request he accepted.

Chongolo obeyed the request of the elders last night in Shina number 35, Njiro branch in the ward in the district here in Manyara region by sharing dinner with them, then sleeping in the herdsmen's compound.

Previously, Chongolo while in the district reviewed the implementation of CCM's 2020/25 election manifesto, the vitality of the party in the grassroots and spoke to community groups.

Chongolo was accompanied by two members of the Secretariat of the CCM Taifa Executive Committee, the Secretary of NEC Ideology and Propaganda, Sophia Mjema and the Secretary of NEC Organization, Issa Gavu.

Today the leader has started a visit to Kiteto district and will review the implementation of the notice on various development projects and review the life of the party in the grassroots and listen to the concerns and challenges of various groups.
