After the painting left Taiwan for more than a year, Yoshitomo Nara has promised to bring "Misty and Wet Day" back to Taiwan, and will start a 10-year tour exhibition plan from April.

Yoshitomo Nara created "A Hazy and Wet Day" especially for Taiwan, with a size of 220x195 cm. It is also in the Taiwan 3-place tour. The main visual of the Gaomei Museum Station is the artist's impression of the hot and humid weather in Taiwan but the warmth of human feelings. Li Houqing, secretary-general of the Cultural Association, pointed out that the first stop of the 10-year plan is the Neiwei Art Center in Kaohsiung, which is the result of a joint decision after many discussions with Yoshitomo Nara.

When it was exhibited at the Gaomei Museum, the Neiwei Art Center was under construction. In just a few years, Kaohsiung has transformed from a stereotyped industrial city to an important arts and cultural center in Taiwan, showing the courage and determination of Hong Kong to face the world. Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Qimai, who was the most active when the Chinese people tried to keep the paintings in Taiwan, immediately left a message on Nara Twitter, expressing the hope that the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, which is well-versed in art museums, would collect and curate the exhibition.

Chen Qimai expressed his great honor to be able to co-host the first exhibition of the new project with the Cultural Association, and welcome the master's works in the Wei Art Center, a new cultural landmark in Kaohsiung, "cross (boundary), easy (easy), new ( Type)" is the DNA of Neiwei Art Center, and it is hoped that in the hot sunshine and enthusiasm of the south, the precious friendship between Taiwan and Japan will be inherited and continued.
