Li Houqing, secretary-general of the Cultural Association, pointed out that the first stop of the 10-year plan is the Neiwei Art Center in Kaohsiung, which is the result of a joint decision after many discussions with Yoshitomo Nara.

When it was exhibited at the Gaomei Museum, the Neiwei Art Center was under construction. In just a few years, Kaohsiung has transformed from a stereotyped industrial city to an important arts and cultural center in Taiwan, showing the courage and determination of Hong Kong to face the world.
