These cookies can be any shape or size, make them however you like.

butter - 100 g;
sugar - 60 g;
egg yolk - 1 pc.;
mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

flour - 250 g;
baking powder - 1 tsp;
vanilla sugar;
salt - a pinch.
Preparation
Rub room temperature oil with sugar and salt.
Add vanilla sugar, egg yolk, mayonnaise and sifted flour with baking powder.
Knead the soft dough, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out a bundle from the cooled dough and cut it into pieces of the same size.
Place cookies on a sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Advice
Instead of vanilla sugar, you can add lemon zest to the dough.
