red gulal 


You can use hibiscus flowers to make red colored gulal.

For this, take hibiscus flowers as needed and dry them.

After this grind these flowers.

Your gulal will be ready.

Boil pomegranate peels to make wet colored water.

If red color comes out from pomegranate peels, then a lot of colorful water can be made by mixing cold water in this water.

Mix turmeric in gram flour to make yellow herbal colour.

Keep the amount of gram flour twice that of turmeric.

Your gulal will be ready.

Yellow color is considered a symbol of energy and happiness, so making this color on the day of Holi makes sense.

You can also prepare yellow color by drying and grinding marigold flowers.

Use beetroot to make light or dark pink color.

Take beetroot and grind it.

Mix this pulp in rice or wheat flour and dry it, it will become Gulal.

Green Gulal
