But some people do not like to eat its seeds, then for such people the option of linseed chutney (alsi ke beej ke chutney) remains.

By including it in your diet, the dirty cholesterol accumulated in the veins can be reduced.

How to make Linseed Chutney

  • To make this, you need 1 cup of flax seeds, 5 to 6 garlic cloves, 3 to 4 green chilies, 1 lemon and salt as per taste. 

Method-

To make this, first of all, clean the linseed seeds properly.

Then put a nonstick pan on a gas to heat it.

When the pan gets hot enough, put the flax seeds in it.

After roasting for 1-2 minutes, keep it to cool down.

Then put it in a mixer jar, then add chopped chillies, garlic, lemon juice and salt as per taste, close the jar and stir well.

Grind it two to three times.

Now your chutney is ready.

If you want, you can also add mint to enhance its taste.
