●Medical ingredients: astragalus, angelica, golden cordyceps, jujube, mutton cubes, corn, Chinese cabbage, ginger.

●Steps:

1. Wash the above-mentioned medicinal ingredients, cut Chinese cabbage and corn into moderate pieces, and slice ginger.

2. After scalding the mutton pieces in step 1, drain the water (keep the mutton pieces in the pot).

3. Put the medicinal ingredients in step 1 into the pot with mutton pieces in step 2, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat, continue to cook for 50 minutes, carefully add a small amount of salt, and then turn off the heat.

●Efficacy:

"Angelica" is sweet in nature, hard in taste and warm in taste, which can moisturize the stomach, nourish blood and strengthen muscles.
