On February 12, the State Examination Center (SEC) held a test for the second stage of the entrance examination to higher education institutions in 11 cities and regions.

APA was informed by the Ministry of Education and Culture that an operational headquarters was established in the Ministry of Education and Culture to manage the examination process, regularly contacted the buildings where the exams were held, and monitored the course of the exam.

In the trial exam, applicants were presented with 30 test tasks for each subject (90 tasks in total) according to the specialty groups.

22 of these tasks are closed and 8 are open.

3 of the open-ended tasks are tasks prepared on the basis of a situation or text that require a written answer.

Since the examination of open-type tasks requiring a written answer takes time, the results are expected to be announced within the next 2 weeks.

Note: Applicants who have chosen RK and RI for the I specialty group, and DT and TC subgroups for the III specialty group, will take an additional exam in informatics and geography, respectively, on February 19.
