The other day, Anna, 72, met with players from Scotland ahead of the Six Nations International Rugby Union match between Scotland and Wales at Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium.

The princess was dressed in a short navy blue coat and black trousers with arrows, and black boots with low heels.

Anna had a blue and yellow plaid scarf around her neck, her hair was in her traditional hairstyle, and she wore neat gold stud earrings and a brooch to her coat.

The princess was wearing black leather gloves.

In her last outing, Princess Anne appeared in public in a brighter bow and reminded us of the outings of her mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Her Highness then attended a tree planting ceremony at Andrews Park during her visit to Southampton, Hampshire.
