An Appeals Commission will be established by the Ministry of Science and Education to review complaints regarding the results of recognition of higher education qualifications of foreign countries.

APA informs that this was reflected in the procedure for recognition of higher education qualifications of foreign countries approved by the Cabinet of Ministers today.

According to the rules, the composition and powers of the Appeal Commission will be determined by the Ministry.

The applicant can appeal to the Appeals Commission within the time limits provided by the law "On Administrative Proceedings".

The appeal is reviewed by the Appeals Commission within 10 (ten) days and a corresponding decision is made.

The applicant may file an administrative and (or) judicial appeal against the actions (inaction) of the Ministry's Appeals Commission, as well as its decisions regarding recognition.
