The Cabinet of Ministers will agree with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to approve the procedure for paying compensation to radio frequency users when the right to use radio frequency bands is restricted during international and national level events, including sports competitions.
According to APA, this was reflected in President Ilham Aliyev's decree on the implementation of the law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Telecommunications".
The Cabinet of Ministers must also approve the model form of the agreement on the use of radio frequencies within 3 months and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about it.
