APA's southern bureau reports that Shahriyar Heydar oglu Nazarov hit his fellow villager Asif Babayev, born in 1975, while driving a VAZ-2107 car in the Boladi village of Lankaran.
He received various degrees of injuries and was taken to Lankaran District Central Hospital.
Since his condition was serious, he was sent to the intensive care unit, and then to one of the hospitals in Baku.
It was not possible to save Asif Babayev.
He died in the hospital where he was being treated.
The district police department is investigating the incident.
