"After the villages of Bashlibel in Kalbajar and Edilli in Khojaven, demining works are being carried out to uncover a mass grave in the village of Ashaghi Seyidahmadli in Fuzuli.

The area is heavily mined."

APA reports that Vusal Guliyev, a representative of the Minesweeping Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA), which is carrying out the demining process in Isikli village of Fuzuli, said this at a meeting with foreign travelers visiting the area.

"It is believed that Armenia predicted that the location of this mass grave would be known from the beginning, so to cover up the war crime it committed, to cause the death of people who were looking for the remains of their relatives, they mined the mass grave and its surroundings.

This is a typical style of war crimes committed by Armenia, ordinary cemeteries and cemeteries in the liberated areas were also mined, bones of people were removed, gold teeth were searched from the graves.

ANAMA representatives informed the international travelers who visited the area that 31 anti-tank mines were discovered in the area where there is a mass grave in the village of Ashaghi Seyidahmadli during the last 10 days, and only 0.17 hectares of the marked 4 hectares area, i.e. 4.2% of the total area, have been demined so far. activity was carried out.

This means that there are more mines yet to be discovered, especially the laying of anti-tank mines designed for higher casualties and more serious injuries in the area is noteworthy.

It was noted that demining activities are being continued in Aşaghi Seyidahmadli village of Fuzuli.

In total, more than 81,000 mines and unexploded ordnance have been discovered by organizations involved in demining activities since the Patriotic War in the liberated territories, of which about 14,000 are anti-tank mines.
