"Today, educational institutions do not meet the demands of the labor market."

APA reports that Mustafa Abbasbeyli, the Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency, said this.

According to him, today's labor market expects new approaches:

"In the beginning, the labor market asked us for arm strength. Then it changed with skills and thinking. There are very serious changes in the labor market. Old professions are replaced by new ones. Institutions in the labor market cooperate closely with each other. We need to raise the education level of the population. Training in universities they have to change materials more often. Today, the labor market should not adapt to society, but society to the labor market. Today, we must take work to where we live, not to where we live. Our biggest goal is to see young people in the labor market. We are working on digitization and electronicization. Today educational institutions do not meet the demands of the labor market. More than 150 students of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics work in our agency. This is the highest indicator among universities."
