The body of Orkhan Asgarov, who was martyred during the terrorist attack at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran, was sent from his home to the Second Martyrs' Alley.
APA reports that a farewell ceremony was held for the martyr in front of his house located in Yasamal district.
Later, Orkhan Askerov's body was taken to Second Martyrs' Alley for burial.
It should be noted that there was a terrorist attack on our embassy in Tehran on January 27 at 8:30 am Baku time.
The assailant destroyed the security post with an automatic weapon and killed the head of the security service, Orkhan Askerov.
Two employees of the embassy were injured while preventing the attack.
Yesterday at around 22:00 local time, the body of our martyr, the injured, other employees of the embassy and family members were brought to Baku.
The activities of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Iran have been completely suspended.

After the farewell ceremony, the body will be taken to II Martyrs' Alley for burial.
