The National Museum of American History hosted a presentation of Jill Biden's outfits in which she appeared in public on the day of her husband Joe Biden's inauguration.
The first lady donated them to the museum.
The event was attended by Mrs. Biden herself and bow designers - Alexandra O'Neill and Gabriela Hurst.

The first look is a blue tweed ensemble with Swarovski crystals, created by New York brand Markarian (founded by Alexandra O'Neill).
It consisted of an elegant coat with a velvet collar and cuffs, a midi dress with a chiffon insert in the neckline and pearls at the neck, and a blue mask.

In this outfit, the first lady appeared at her husband's swearing-in ceremony.
The second look is a snow-white ensemble by Gabriela Hurst, an American designer of Uruguayan origin.
It consisted of an elegant coat embellished with brightly colored floral embroidery on the hem and a midi-length dress with the same floral embroidery on the sheer sleeves and neckline.
A white mask with embroidery completes the outfit.

In it, Jill appeared at a modest reception, which, due to the coronavirus, was held instead of the traditional inaugural ball, at which the newly elected president dances with the first lady.
These two bows will be included in the collection of personal belongings of the first ladies of the United States.
There are presented 27 dresses in which the first lady appeared at the inauguration ceremonies, and 160 other exhibits.
At the event, Jill appeared in a blue jacquard midi dress with a square neckline and stilettos.

She did a good styling, smokey-ice evening make-up and paid special attention to jewelry.
In her ears were elegant diamond earrings in the form of drops, around her neck - pendants on gold chains, and on her hands - gold bracelets and rings with diamonds.
