A farewell ceremony is being held for Orkhan Asgarov, who was martyred as a result of a terrorist attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran.

APA reports that the farewell ceremony is being held at Orkhan Askerov's house.

Relatives and colleagues of the martyr participate in the ceremony.

It is expected that Orkhan Askerov's body will be brought to his home in the next few hours, and then it will be taken to the Second Alley of Honor for burial.

It should be noted that there was an armed attack on the embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran on January 27.

As a result of the terrorist act, Orkhan Askerov, who organized the security of the embassy, ​​was martyred, and two employees of the security service were injured.

Last day, Orkhan Askerov's body and embassy employees were evacuated to Baku.
