cheese - 500 g;
eggs - 2 pcs.;
sugar - 90 g;
vanilla sugar - 10 g;
baking powder - 6 g;
flour - 100 g;
raisins - 40 g;
salt - a pinch;
egg yolk (for greasing cheesecakes).
Preparation
Soak raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and dry with a napkin.
Put soft, not too wet cheese in a bowl.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, mix.
Sift flour and baking powder into the curd mixture, stirring with a spatula.
Add raisins.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
Lightly moisten your hands with water so that the mixture does not stick to them, form cheesecakes and place them on a sheet.
Brush the top with egg yolk.
Bake cheesecakes in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Advices
If the cheese is lumpy, it should be rubbed through a sieve.
The ingredients should be at room temperature.
You can take cheese of any fat content.
If the mass is a little sticky, then add a little more flour.
