[Reporter Ling Meixue/Taipei Report] The "2023 NTSO International Youth Orchestra Camp" hosted by the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra is open for registration from now until February 15th. All young students born between 2000 and 2009 can sign up .

The State-Taiwan Exchange stated that Shui Lan, the chief guest conductor of the State-Taiwan Exchange, will be the conductor this year, and Chen Murong, the orchestra chief of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in the United States, will be invited to serve as a branch instructor and hold a master class, passing on his more than 20 years of experience as an orchestra chief to the young students.

The National Taiwan Exchange stated that the "NTSO International Youth Orchestra Camp" has trained many professional orchestra players at home and abroad. It is the only youth orchestra camp in China that has accumulated more than 30 years of word-of-mouth. It has also made expeditions to cities in Europe, America and Asia, including Vienna, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. , Houston, Dallas, Singapore, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City and other important concert halls.

This year's teachers also include Laura Park Chen, resident musician of the Aspen Music Festival in the United States, Beatrice Chen, viola member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in the United States, and Symphony Orchestra of the Münster Opera House in Germany. Werner Rabbe, chief clarinetist of the orchestra, Yu-Quan Wang (Wang Yuquan), principal French horn of the Vienna United Opera Orchestra, as well as many well-known domestic musicians and chiefs of various voices of the National Taiwan Exchange, have formed a strong faculty team.

In order to provide young students with a solid learning effect, in addition to arranging relevant intensive training courses such as instrument guidance for each part, rehearsals and ensembles for major divisions, small and viola students will receive individual guidance from Chen Murong, Beatrice Chen, and the division of Laur Park Chen In addition, we will select the best and arrange camp students to receive the demonstration guidance of Chen Murong's master class.
